Most Orders come with tracking. Tracking info is generally available about 2-3 days after the order.
RETURNS
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Please contact us before returning any products. We DO NOT refund orders for buyer’s remorse. All sales are final.
REASONS FOR RETURNS
Wrong Address—If the courier considers your address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. Once we have confirmed an updated address with you, you will be liable for reshipment costs.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our production facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Wrong size - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
Difficult to fit
They where cute just couldn’t get them to fit on my mouth right
They look really cool in the container. Molding them to your teeth? Good luck. I’ve been dealing with teeth molds my whole life between martial arts, sports, teeth grinding… Followed the directions, watched videos to make sure I had it right, but they barely were able to connect with the grillz and my teeth if I wasn’t actively biting down; if I talk they’ll fall out like an old man in a cartoon. I couldn’t get them to quite sit right on my teeth either regardless of what adjustments I made before, during, after, redoing… I wouldn’t bother with these.
Good piece of item for amount paid
It arrived at my house in about 2 days. When I got it I was very excited. But I will say the do look small and the metal part feels like it could easily break or bend if you hit it on something hard but they are cute and they fit my teeth because I have small teeth. I am happy and grateful on receiving them 😌. Thanks topgrillz
