1. Select teeth position and options, than add to cart. Once you have completed the order, we will send you the mold impression kit. If you want to save time, you can also make your own mold impression, and send it to us, please email support@rhinogrillz.com for further details.

2. When you receive the mold impression kit, you can proceed to make an impression. For instructions on making an impression, please refer to this guide Making a Mold Impression. After you have made the impression, please send the mold impression to.

3. You will receive your custom grillz 3-4 weeks after we receive your teeth mold impression if you are in Canada or the United States. 4-6 weeks if you are in Europe. We will update you when we have received your mold impression and when your grillz are finished and ready to ship. Time required to manuacture your grillz will vary depending on how busy we are, we will let you know if there are any delays. There will be a shipping charge of US$15 for European Custom Grillz Orders below US$150.00.

You must make your own impression with the do-it-yourself mold kit or have your impression made by a licensed dentist. We will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our products.

PRICING CHANGES

Due to the changing market prices of precious metals such as gold and silver, our custom grillz prices periodically get updated and are subject to change. For this reason, please mail your mold impressions within a reasonable time frame (30-60 days max) after your original purchase date, as prices can increase and you will be responsible for any price differences if your mold is received outside this time frame.

RETURNS

What's your return policy on custom grillz?

Because of the type of product, custom made mouth jewelry, our grillz don't come with any warranty, and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I cancel an existing order?

Our Custom grillz orders can be cancelled only before production or within 30 day after the purchase date, whichever date comes first. . A cancellation fee of $30 per grill will be deducted from the total refund for order that are cancelled.

Once we receive your dental mold impressions, the order is in production, the sale is final and non-refundable. If there is a problem with your mold impression you sent we will inform you and send another kit free of charge (this applies for the first replacement kit, for subsequent kits its US$30 / kit).
