Both the top and bottom pieces are also sold separately and are made of 14K Gold plating over a brass metal core.

Most Orders come with tracking. Tracking info is generally available about 2-3 days after the order.
RETURNS
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Please contact us before returning any products. We DO NOT refund orders for buyer’s remorse. All sales are final.
REASONS FOR RETURNS
Wrong Address—If the courier considers your address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. Once we have confirmed an updated address with you, you will be liable for reshipment costs.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our production facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Wrong size - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.

It did not mold at all. Waste of money and its way yoo big for your teeth. I bought it to see how it would look before I buy a real gold grill but it failed to mold.
I loved the ones on the bottom but the ones on the top were big and they look weird but the product looks good quality and was cheap
